On September 16, 2022, TerrAscend Corp. (the “Company”) made a change in leadership for its Northeast Region. As a result, on September 16, 2022, the employment of Ryan McWilliams, Executive Vice President of the Northeast Region, was terminated effective October 16, 2022.
